Do you accept insurance?

At this time we are in-network with BlueCross BlueShield PPO, Cigna, United Behavioral Health (UBH), and Aetna. Depending on your plan with them, you may have a deductible that must be met as well as co-pays for each visit. At this time we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. We recommend you check your coverage benefits prior to being seen.
What if I do not have insurance?

If you do not carry insurance then office visits will be out-of-pocket. We accept all major credit cards.

What should I expect from my first appointment?
During your first session, your therapist will review your intake paper work and discuss your history and background. Your therapist will want to know why you have come to seek treatment, what your long term and short term goals are, and will prepare a treatment plan for your future sessions.
Do you offer Telehealth services?

We offer both in-office and Telehealth services. Availability will depend on your clinician's schedule. When scheduling your first appointment, please let us know your preference. We also ask that you understand your insurance carrier's requirement for Telehealth services, and whether in-office appointments are required for continued coverage with Telehealth.
