My Journey
I became a therapist because I have a passion to help individuals reach their full potential. As a therapist, I believe that everyone can benefit from having a safe space to process one's own thoughts and lead their lives in a way to improve their overall self being. I have worked with families, couples, individuals, and children in a non-judgmental environment where everyone's unique story can be heard with understanding.

I enjoy working with individuals, families, couples, adolescents and children. I have also worked with individuals of domestic violence, helping them cope with the trauma. I utilize a variety of counseling techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems, Structural Family Therapy, Play Therapy, and Gottman.

I am multilingual, speaking Russian and Ukrainian fluently in addition to English.
